  Arbequina Main Spanish variety that originates from Arbequina Olive Oil is nowadays the most popular variety in the world for its universal blend. The taste of Arbequina olive oil Freshly harvested offers a wide range of flavors as apple, almonds, walnuts, banana, pineapple, fennel, spearmint, anise, green grass, and tomato, with a touch surprising green pepper.


Arbosana Although not well known this variety has a huge potential in the blending of quality extra virgin oil characterized by aromas of herbaceous thistle, bitter almonds and elegant notes of fruit and spices.

Koroneiki Originating from Crete this variety gives an oil of a very strong personality with complex flavor, fruity and intense. Its green-leaves color allies sparkling reflections of gold. The spicy green notes are clear, fresh grass, green olive and tomato, allying a bit of bitterness : artichoke, and green wood. Its distinctive taste can revitalize all blends.

Chemchali Grown exclusively in this locality, the Asli gives a surprisingly creamy oil, sweet with fruity aromas black and red berries.

ChemlalI Main variety grown in the central Tunisian fields, Chemlali olives early harvested give a very fruity oil, slightly bitter and spicy with an aroma of sweet almond, grass and sometimes fresh apple. At full maturity, the oil extracted from olives Chemlali becomes sweet, with a less fruity taste and the aroma of green almond is replaced by a dry almond flavor or marzipan.

Barouni Grown almost exclusively in Tunisia, the Barouni Extra Virgon Olive Oil received the Gold Medal of the COOC award in 2009 in the US.
